1. Account Rules
1.1. Creation of a Mi7eu.bet Account
1.1.1 An individual cannot participate in a game for money unless that individual is an Account Holder. To be registered as a player, an individual must register personally and submit an application for registration. To verify a Player, they must provide the following information:
• Date of birth and valid identification showing that the player is over eighteen (18) years of age, or the applicable legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of their residence (identification documents which must be submitted include: a copy of a valid identity card, passport, or driving license);
• Player’s first and last name;
• Player’s full residential address;
• Player’s valid email address;
• A username and a password.
If Mi7eu.bet suspects that the Player has provided false or incorrect information or has engaged in fraudulent activity (including attempts to create multiple accounts), Mi7eu.bet has the right to conduct additional verification and to request additional documentation and information from the Player to confirm ownership of the Account.
1.1.2 An individual applying to become an Account Holder warrants and represents not to be under the age of eighteen (18) years. Minors cannot register as a player and cannot hold a Mi7eu.bet Account. Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to request additional proof of age and perform additional checks in order to verify the information provided. A Mi7eu.bet Account may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
1.1.3 An individual applying to become an Account Holder furthermore warrants and represents:
• To be a physical person (a legal entity will not be accepted as an Account Holder);
• Not to be a professional player in any sport, competition, or league where Mi7eu.bet offers betting;
• Not to be restricted by limited legal capacity;
• Not to be acting on behalf of another party;
• Not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler, and/or be included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) on any register or database of excluded players;
• Not to be depositing monies originating from criminal and/or other illegal activities;
• Not to be depositing monies through a Card which the Account Holder is not authorized to use and/or utilizing a Card in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited;
• Not to be conducting criminal activities whereby a Mi7eu.bet Account is directly or indirectly involved;
• Not to use the Services if it is illegal in their country of residence or otherwise restricted for them to open a gaming account, purchase or use services from Mi7eu.bet and/or otherwise participate in the games offered. It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to ensure their use of Mi7eu.bet Website and Services is legal;
• Not to find the Website or the Services offensive, objectionable, unfair, nor indecent; and to maintain their Mi7eu.bet Account details up-to-date in terms of the following: first and last name, country of residence, valid email address, and phone number.
1.1.4 An individual applying for a Mi7eu.bet Account acknowledges and accepts:
• All definitions and stipulations as stated herein and other Mi7eu.bet rules;
• The Mi7eu.bet Terms & Conditions as currently published on the Website, as well as any possible future changes to the Mi7eu.bet Terms & Conditions;
• That the Contract is governed by:
(i) the Mi7eu.bet Terms & Conditions as published in English;
(ii) any regulatory provisions or other decisions made from time to time by the Governing Authorities; and
(iii) the Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.
Rules of acceptance of bets on sports events
1.2 The Organizer has the right to cancel any bonus, jackpot and/or any prize if the Organizer is confident the Player has engaged in system abuse or fraud. In this case, the Organizer freezes the Player’s special gaming account and, if there are any funds, makes a refund to the payment system that was used by the Player to replenish the gaming account.
1.3 Arranged game
If the Organizer has sufficient facts to suspect the case of an arranged game, they can terminate the prize remunerations and make a repayment of the already processed payments to the Player’s special gaming accounts. The mentioned suspicions can include data referring to sums and characteristics, as well as amounts of all entry payments made via all possible methods.
2. Deposits
2.1 Available payment methods are determined by the country and the currency selected during registration. A complete list of fees, their limits and other details is displayed on the Deposits and Withdrawals page. Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to change these terms and details.
2.2 When conducting any financial transactions, it is necessary that the name of the owner of the debit/credit card or bank account exactly matches the name of the owner of the appropriate Mi7eu.bet account. Otherwise, Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to cancel all transactions and return all bets made using someone else’s account or credit/debit card.
3. Funds entry into account
3.1 If any funds have been transferred to the User erroneously, the User is obliged to notify the company immediately. Any winnings of the client arising from such an error shall be considered invalid, and such bets are refundable, regardless of the delay between the origin of the error and the time it was detected.
3.2 If the deposits to the account were made for any purpose other than betting, poker, casino, or financial betting, the company (particularly in the case of suspected fraudulent money turnover) reserves the right to cancel the deposit and recover from the User all costs incurred as a result of processing the deposit.
3.3 If the User’s deposit exceeds the betting amount, at the client’s request for withdrawal, Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to charge or withhold from the User all costs incurred as a result of processing deposits and withdrawals.
4. Financial Limitations
4․1 Maximum winnings, bets, and odds depend on the game or betting product (including the sport and event).
4.2 Withdrawal limits:
If the currency of the Player’s account is EUR:
• If a Player is fully verified, the limits are: up to 5,000 Euro per week, up to 1,000 Euro per day.
If the currency of the Player’s account is USD:
• If a Player is fully verified, the limits are: up to 5,000 USD per week, up to 1,000 USD per day.
If the currency of the Player’s account is GBP:
• If a Player is fully verified, the limits are: up to 4,250 GBP per week, up to 850 GBP per day.
4.3 The maximum amount of the bet on an event depends on the sport and event and is defined by the bookmaker network specifically for each event and each type of bet. This amount is subject to change without prior written notice. Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on individual events, as well as to introduce or remove specific restrictions on the accounts of individual Users without notice or explanation.
4.4 All financial limits apply to any individual customer and/or to syndicate groups of players acting as a collective unit, who place two or more bets containing the same match selections — including bets placed across different odds markets, over several days, using various players’ accounts and/or across different betting channels. If such behavior is identified, all such bets will be considered void and only the first submitted betting slip will be considered a legitimate bet.
5. Payments / Withdrawals
5.1 Payments are processed within a period not exceeding 72 hours from the time the request was made. Before the first payment is made to the User via electronic payment methods (Skrill, credit or debit card, etc.), the client is obliged to upload an electronic copy of a valid passport to the Documents section for identity verification. Forgery is severely punished by law. If there is suspicion of a counterfeit or altered document being submitted electronically, Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to forward such documents to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Delays in refunds may result from missing information or documentation required for identity verification and transaction confirmation. In such cases, the 72-hour processing period starts from the moment the requested documents are received.
5.2 Before making a payment, company employees will verify the client’s name, surname, birth date, and other submitted data. If discrepancies are found between the actual and submitted data, Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to refund all bets and refuse to pay out winnings unless the client proves the authenticity and accuracy of their data.
5.3 If it is discovered that the User has opened multiple accounts with the company, Mi7eu.bet reserves the right to withhold payouts on all such accounts.
5.4 For the first cash withdrawal, the User must enter valid passport details exactly as shown in the passport — in the issuing country’s language (or in English for foreign passports).
5.5 Group and family members must manage their financial interactions independently — payments will ONLY be made to the registered owner of the corresponding account.
5.6 The User agrees to provide Mi7eu.bet with information about the bank account from which bets are made, specifically for the purpose of transferring winnings.
5.7 Mi7eu.bet is not responsible for any changes in payment amounts caused by currency exchange rate fluctuations.
5.8 If the User requests a withdrawal of 1,000 Euros or more (or the equivalent in another currency at the interbank rate), Mi7eu.bet will pay the transaction fee for that withdrawal and any subsequent withdrawals during the same calendar month. Otherwise, the bank’s commission will be paid by the User.
5.9 The Company reserves the right to prioritize its preferred withdrawal method for paying out winning players (including credit/debit cards or the player’s bank account).
5.10 Before withdrawing the payment, the player must place a bet of a total of 100% of the amount of his deposit. If the player refuses to comply with the specified requirements and the withdrawn amount is not played, then the withdrawn amount is subject to a commission of 100% for the unplayed amount. This requirement is introduced in order to reduce the risks of fraud and money laundering by players.
